Communication is key: As part of our ongoing commitment to facilitating all-way communication, this bulletin was created to engage staff on key areas of interest and provide regular updates from all areas of  Campus Operations & Risk Management.

Prioritized Roadmaps

After hearing your feedback on our division's challenges, successes, and priorities, we asked your teams to provide further insight on how these priorities resonate within individual departments. In particular, we wanted to know which priorities are top of mind, what's already working well, and what is needed to ensure positive change.

Overall, what we've heard has:

  • confirmed the need to focus on workload and work/life integration,
  • identified a need for some teams to assess the suitability and capacity of their working spaces,
  • and reinforced the importance of developing "smart" plans to address the needs of our growing campus.

Your feedback also provided other areas to examine after we've addressed our top priorities, as well as some excellent suggestions for addressing all of the above. Finally, your comments highlighted all of the great things going on that we want to protect while we chart our course.

CORM leaders are busy creating divisional and departmental roadmaps based on the feedback you provided, including how we move our priorities forward in a measurable way. We will share this roadmap with you for feedback over the next few weeks, so stay tuned!

Nature Trail Cleanup May 25

If you are unable to come for the full hour, please feel free to join us for however long you can! We will meet in the courtyard by the Security Office and begin our walk along the Pine Loop Trail at 9:30 AM.
